The
Flourless Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Ganache Glaze! I won a second place award at the
San Diego County Fair with it. Unfortunately, my
Overnight Cinnamon Rolls didn't win anything. I also entered the Ghirardelli Chocolate Championship today with a Chocolate Pecan Pie (recipe and photos forthcoming) but didn't win that competition either (although it was fun as always). I did win the drawing for all those who didn't recieve an award and got a serving tray loaded with six different Ghirardelli chocolate baking bars, four different bags of chocolate morsels, a canister of unsweetened chocolate powder and a canister of cocoa powder.
